  • Extensive vendor research and outreach to gather quotes. We provide comprehensive spreadsheets to compare pricing and offerings from each vendor so they're the perfect fit for you!

  • Custom design, a final mood board for each aspect of the wedding & drawings to visualize how your unique wedding will come to life. We create a detailed spreadsheet listing everything needed to bring the event to life and we do everything to make it happen 

  • Custom Planning Website via Aisle Planner to fast track the planning process, keep you organized, on time with payments and tasks, and maintain the budget as things change

  • Vendor management throughout the entire process and contract review

  • Wedding Website, Invitation & rsvp management

Coordination

THE MUST-HAVE

  • In contact 70 days prior to review contracts/invoices so we can catch any red flags and fix them or give you peace of mind that you're done planning and ready to go!

  • 1 walkthrough of the venue to discuss schematics of the floor plan and decor layout (we create a custom layout)

  • Detailed timelines for wedding party and vendors and communicate to those involved

  • Manage communication with vendors 30 days out to collect insurance, answer questions, relay venue policies and ensure their arrival and set up 

  • Event Order Spreadsheet to make sure you're organized and we know how to carry out all of your wishes seamlessly and picture perfect ; )

  • Unlimited communication for guidance 

  • Tried & Trusted Vendor List and access to our discount & tips kit

  • 2 hour final detail meeting in person or virtually to go over final details

  • Rehearsal Coordination

  • 10 hours the day of to coordinate the vendors, set up decor, keep you on time, looking good. Make sure you're enjoying your day and keep things running smoothly until the end of the night. We are the last to leave!
